Jobs drive the economy. They maintain your environment. They are how you earn and how you progress in your career and your community.
Every time a player completes a job, the following transactions occur:
CASH - The player receives CASH to the value of their base salary minus the current District Tax Rate. Base salary for a job is dictated by their job rank in that job.
XP - The player receives XP for that job. XP is dictated by the current demand in the District for the job. XP is also modified upwards according to the rarity of the vehicle used and job-specific clothes.
$NMC - When a player completes a job, the equivalent value of CASH deducted in tax from the player's salary is transferred in $NMC from the District Treasury to the District Development Fund.
