The Sprawl cares about its citizens. Shelter is a basic right and homelessness has been eradicated.

There are 2 types of home: Shared accommodation and Home NFTs.

Shared Accommodation

This is where you start. It’s not fancy. You get a shared lobby and that's about it. But it's free.

Home NFTs

Home NFTs are a permanent address in the city.

A Home NFT gives you a 3d interior you can decorate and edit. You can express yourself and create your own hangout space in the city in which to entertain friends.

As an owner of a home in the District, you will be eligible to vote across a range of topics that will affect your community and local area, such as building development, tax rate and laws.

Your Home will grow in value as your District is developed, and your local facilities, businesses and economy are upgraded. You can trade your Home NFT at any time in the real estate market.

Purchase

Home NFTs can be purchased directly inside your District. Their supply is limited per District, and the initial price is fixed according to rarity. They are purchased using $NMC.

Rarities

Home NFTs are available in 5 rarities. Higher rarity means:

• Bigger Space - more room to position and display Decor NFTs.

• More elaborate exteriors, visible in the City.

Home improvement

If you bought a Home, you can modify your interior and make it nice with Decor NFTs.
